- The Curt Brunnée Award is an award of the IMSF  "For outstanding contributions to the development of instrumentation for massspectrometry by a person under the age of 45 at the time of the award"

- CSMS will nominate internationally competitive young mass spectrometrists from Canada for this award where the opportunity arises.
